At Bluewhale Powerwash, we  always aim for 100% customer satisfaction, but sometimes, things can be missed. To that effect, Bluewhale Powerwash offers a one-week guarantee on all its residential work whereas if in within one week after our technicians washed your home you notice they missed an area, Bluewhale Powerwash will send back technicians to your property to correct what was missed at no charge to you and will give you a 20% discount on your next service with our company.

Further, for all roof cleaning and house washing services, Bluewhale Powerwash offers a one-year limited  warranty on the work performed. Please note that this limited warranty only covers the re-occurrence of organic growths such as mildew, mold, algae, lichens and moss on roofs, soffit and exterior cladding material that were power washed by Bluewhale Powerwash technicians. This one-year warranty is valid only if no tree, shrub or vegetation is located within 20 feet of the roof or  exterior cladding material and / or over hanging above the roof. This warranty does not cover debris from leaves, sticks, tree limbs, pollen, oxidation or other types of residue and dust.
